Sales Director (WPP/Havas Sales)

Salary: $250,000 – $270,000 USD OTE (On Target Earnings).

What you will do

• Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities with a focus on WPP and Havas agency and client accounts.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and advertisers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals according to your sales plan.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Network at industry functions, forecast sales, and provide weekly updates to leadership.

Requirements

• Proven ability to build and grow agency partnerships at all levels.
• Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and general sales process.
• Experience selling cross-format solutions.
• Highly motivated team player with excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Must be based in the Chicago area.
