Focus on cultivating relationships with decision-makers at agencies, DSPs, and advertisers, and meeting quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Location: Los Angeles, CA, United States. Must be based in the Los Angeles area.

Salary: $250,000–$270,000 USD (OTE compensation range)

What you will do

  • Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities focusing on in-house client relationships.
  • Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with key decision-makers at agencies, trading desks, DSPs, and advertisers.
  • Strategically position hirify.global's full suite of programmatic offerings (Native, CTV, Retail Media, OLV, and Data solutions).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, activities, and pipeline in Salesforce.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals according to your sales plan.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and inform business strategy.

Requirements

  • Proven ability to build and grow agency partnerships at all levels, from planners to executive stakeholders.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic ecosystem and general sales process, with experience selling cross-format solutions.
  • Highly motivated team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push expectations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior analytical skills and a strong grasp of customer needs.
  • Comfortable taking ownership of projects and showcasing key accomplishments.
  • Must be based in the Los Angeles area.
