What you will do
- Own paid search and paid social strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting.
- Lead website growth and search visibility, optimizing the website for AI-driven search environments.
- Build dashboards and forecasting models to predict volume, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Manage and mentor a small team across performance marketing and web.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital acquisition, or demand generation in high-growth SaaS.
- Proven success managing multi-million-dollar paid media programs with pipeline outcomes.
- Deep knowledge of modern SEO across technical, content, and on-page optimization.
- Strong understanding of AI-driven search behavior and how to optimize for it.
