TL;DR

Principal Product Manager – Ads Measurement (AI): Leading the vision and execution of next-generation measurement products, empowering advertisers to understand and optimize their business growth across the hirify.global ecosystem with an accent on attribution, incrementality, and AI-driven insights. Focus on defining how impact is quantified, enabling smarter decisions for marketers, and making measurement a strategic advantage.

Location: Expected to work from the office at least four days per week if living within a 50-mile commute of a designated hirify.global office in the U.S.

Salary: USD $139,900 – $274,800 per year (USD $188,000 – $304,200 per year within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area)

What you will do

  • Lead vision, strategy, and roadmap for hirify.global Ads’ measurement platform.
  • Build and launch measurement capabilities, including attribution, incrementality, cross‑channel reporting, and AI‑driven insights.
  • Partner with engineering, UX, and data science to design, validate, and ship features with measurable customer and business impact.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and account teams to ensure products meet advertiser needs and drive adoption.
  • Define and analyze product metrics to guide decisions and evaluate performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience driving strategy and shipping complex data, analytics, or measurement products at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and cross‑functional partners to deliver high‑impact features.
  • Solid understanding of advertising or marketing technology, including measurement, attribution, experimentation, or performance optimization.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product direction and customer value.
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
