What you will do

• Coordinate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure alignment on project requirements, scope, and deadlines.
• Lead project meetings to drive decision-making and mitigate risks.
• Manage projects in alignment with contractual agreements.
• Prepare status reports using relevant data and insights.
• Establish and execute effective communication plans.
• Manage scope, including change requests and their impact on timelines and budgets.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in project management.
• Experience managing project budgets.
• Proficiency with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Smartsheets, JIRA).
• Strong communication, time management, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven expertise in project management.
• Ability to work in London, United Kingdom, with at least one day per week in the office.
