What you will do

• Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, and targeted outbound strategies.
• Design, launch, and optimize B2B growth campaigns across paid, organic, and outbound channels.
• Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas in collaboration with sales and product.
• Create and test messaging, targeting, and positioning to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
• Experiment with new acquisition channels and approaches, continuously testing and refining what works.
• Track, analyze, and report on growth metrics and KPIs, turning insights into concrete actions.

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and outbound / targeted outreach strategies.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity, building growth strategies from scratch, and iterating quickly.
• English: C1/C2
