What you will do
- Drive lead generation and pipeline growth through LinkedIn campaigns, Google Ads, and targeted outbound strategies.
- Design, launch, and optimize B2B growth campaigns across paid, organic, and outbound channels.
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas in collaboration with sales and product.
- Create and test messaging, targeting, and positioning to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Experiment with new acquisition channels and approaches, continuously testing and refining what works.
- Track, analyze, and report on growth metrics and KPIs, turning insights into concrete actions.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or B2B marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing startup.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and outbound / targeted outreach strategies.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to define KPIs, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a high level of ownership and accountability.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity, building growth strategies from scratch, and iterating quickly.
- English: C1/C2
