What you will do

• Lead data, analytics, and insight initiatives to drive strategic business decisions.
• Influence senior leadership by combining data insight with trusted relationships.
• Proactively test new methods and tools to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Translate complex insights into clear, compelling actions across all organizational levels.
• Develop and nurture talent within the insights function.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with proven experience in data, analytics, and insight.
• 8+ years of experience delivering business impact as a senior leader in a commercially fast-paced, consumer-driven organization.
• Strong ability to influence strategic business decisions through data insights.
• Highly innovative with a proactive, can-do approach to testing new methods and tools.
• Confident and credible communicator in both Dutch and English.
