TL;DR

Performance Manager (Marketing): Responsible for assisting in the planning, execution, and optimization of global digital acquisition campaigns for luxury sector clients with an accent on strategic thinking and analytical prowess. Focus on driving brand visibility and customer acquisition through various digital channels.

Location: Paris, France. Remote work: up to 2 days per week and 2 full weeks to be taken twice a year.

What you will do

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing digital acquisition campaigns across international markets, aligning with the client's global strategy.
  • Contribute to the analysis and reporting of campaign performance globally, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
  • Liaise with local market teams to facilitate the exchange of insights and best practices, fostering a high-performing global network.
  • Support the implementation and adherence to global performance marketing guidelines, ensuring consistency and quality across digital activities.
  • Stay abreast of international media trends, regulatory changes, and platform updates, sharing relevant information with global and local teams.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in media planning and buying, with an emphasis on performance marketing. International exposure is highly desirable.
  • Fluency in French is essential, alongside business proficiency in English. Proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • Understanding of digital acquisition channels (Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Programmatic) and their platforms.
  • Ability to analyze campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
  • Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and managing deadlines.
  • Dynamic with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams.
