TL;DR

Account Manager (SaaS, Mobile Marketing): Nurturing and growing revenue from contracted clients within the GCR Sales team, focusing on building executive-level relationships and identifying upsell opportunities. Focus on managing complex sales cycles, understanding customer needs, and consistently achieving quota targets.

Location: Onsite in Beijing or Shenzhen office

What you will do

  • Consistently grow and preserve revenue across existing enterprise clients.
  • Build executive-level relationships and establish meetings across client organizations.
  • Sustain high levels of client retention and manage accurate forecasts.
  • Assess customer needs to identify and drive upsell opportunities.
  • Educate and lead strategic conversations with businesses ranging from small to large.
  • Collaborate with various internal teams to meet client business objectives and grow their account.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience, including more than 2 years in B2B SaaS sales with Chinese companies.
  • Solid connections with key clients in each industry and a proven track record of achieving quota targets.
  • Skilled in managing complex and competitive sales cycles with strong business acumen.
  • Deep understanding of the digital and mobile marketing ecosystem.
  • Effective in building and nurturing relationships and partnerships with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Fluent in both Mandarin and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and proficient with CRMs (ideally Salesforce).

Nice to have

  • Mobile (iOS, Android) advertising experience or ad monetization experience.
  • Experience in working with Mobile Measurement Partner (MMP) platforms.
  • Being introduced by an hirify.global team member.
