What you will do
- Conduct discovery sessions to identify organizational challenges and digital transformation objectives.
- Architect tailored AI solutions aligned with client security, compliance, and scalability requirements.
- Lead product demonstrations and executive workshops for both technical and business audiences.
- Collaborate with sales teams and implementation partners to develop deployment roadmaps.
- Contribute technical documentation and architecture diagrams for RFP/RFI responses.
- Serve as the customer advocate internally, providing feedback to product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in enterprise pre-sales, solutions engineering, or AI/digital transformation consulting.
- Proven track record with enterprise SaaS platforms, AI/ML technologies, or automation systems.
- Solid understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, retrieval systems, and multi-agent frameworks.
- Familiarity with enterprise IT architectures, security frameworks, and integration patterns.
- Experience with low-code/no-code platforms and API-based integrations.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
