What you will do
- Develop and maintain effective long-term relationships with key customers.
- Act as the voice of the customer by providing actionable feedback to internal teams.
- Collaborate with clients to define strategic goals, deployment plans, and measurable success criteria.
- Prioritize and align project plans with identified customer needs and business milestones.
- Develop and own Customer Success methodologies to improve overall team productivity.
- Work cross-functionally across different areas of the organization.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Shanghai or Shenzhen, China.
- English: Fluent written and verbal proficiency required.
- Proven experience in B2B Customer Success or Project Management.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data analysis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required by the role.
