What you will do
- Develop and execute comprehensive technical training strategies for technical teams (SEs, SAs, AIOMs, Support).
- Collaborate with technical leadership to integrate advanced technical concepts into training and coaching.
- Partner with Field Enablement to introduce role-specific onboarding content.
- Implement continuous learning programs covering product features, security, integration, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain a library of technical enablement resources, including documentation and case studies.
- Facilitate training sessions on leveraging advanced technical concepts and tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, Technical Support, or related role
- Deep knowledge of or direct experience with LLMs/AI is required.
- Experience with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure) and proficiency in Python or Java.
- Familiarity with API configurations and ability to demonstrate technical functionalities to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in technical training, technical enablement, or a similar role within a technical environment.
