What you will do

• Own and refine workflows for inbound requests via Jira and Slack.
• Monitor ticket and project queues, chase down missing details, and proactively follow up with owners and stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving Sales Engineering, Engineering, Support, and Go-To-Market teams.
• Create and maintain lightweight project plans, timelines, and status updates.
• Curate inputs from meetings, docs, and Slack threads into clear action items, owners, and timelines.
• Help surface the team’s outputs to the broader organization.

Requirements

• 3–6+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Proven track record building or refining processes in scrappy, high-growth teams.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Comfort working across time zones and with distributed teams (including Israel-based Engineering).
• High ownership mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience working with or alongside Sales Engineering, Customer Success, or Technical teams.
• Familiarity with Jira and similar ticketing/project management tools.
• Experience coordinating technical trainings or enablement programs.
• Background in B2B SaaS or infrastructure products.
