Salary: $166,000-278,000 total target cash (inclusive of bonus or commission, based on location)

What you will do

• Shape features end-to-end, from problem shaping to execution and shipping.
• Design consumer-grade experiences for enterprise tools.
• Rapidly prototype with the latest technology to align and inspire stakeholders.
• Improve the product experience weekly by shipping code to production.
• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to deliver the best experiences.
• Deeply understand the product area, including technical topics like SDKs and CSS, to design with real-world constraints in mind.

Requirements

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Past experience designing for B2B enterprise SaaS products.
• Keen ability to navigate ambiguous problem spaces, creating clarity out of complexity.
• Strong bias toward action, always pushing work forward, even without perfect data.
• A portfolio of shipped work that demonstrates experience through the full product development lifecycle.
