Salary: $291,000–$437,000 USD (USA) or $240,000–$360,000 CAD (Canada)

What you will do

• Define and prioritize integration paths with strategic partners across identity, security, and developer ecosystems.
• Rapidly design and prototype advanced integrations like MCP server connectors, ephemeral credential brokers, and agentic AI security workflows.
• Develop reusable reference architectures and integration blueprints ensuring security and scalability.
• Partner closely with Engineering, Security, Product, and Business Development teams to translate opportunities into product outcomes.
• Explore novel use cases around PAM-in-the-browser, confidential computing, and AI-driven security automation.
• Represent hirify.global’s integration vision in technical forums, with partners, and at industry events.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in software engineering or solutions architecture, with at least 5 years designing and implementing complex integrations in SaaS, identity, or cybersecurity.
• Deep technical knowledge of identity and access management standards and protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM, OAuth2, JWT).
• Hands-on experience building integrations with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and/or security tools.
• Demonstrated ability to prototype and deliver working software in languages like Go, Python, and TypeScript.
• Strong communication skills to represent technical strategy to executives, partners, and customers.
• Must be based in the United States or Canada.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with confidential computing, secure enclave design, browser extension/runtime modification, and AI agent architectures.
