What you will do

• Lead and execute AI strategy aligned with business and product goals.
• Own multiple AI initiatives delivering measurable improvements in productivity and product capabilities.
• Leverage AI and agentic coding tools to accelerate development workflows.
• Evaluate and operationalize modern AI tools and frameworks.
• Partner with engineering leadership, product teams, and executives to identify AI opportunities.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership including prototyping and experimentation.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years of software engineering experience including senior technical leadership roles.
• Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern AI tools including LLM platforms and agentic coding tools.
• Experience leading complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, cloud environments, and development practices.
• Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI in B2B SaaS, workforce management, HR tech, or fintech.
• Experience with LLM integration, prompt engineering, AI-driven automation, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Previous Director, Principal, or Staff-level engineering experience.
