What you will do

• Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines and AI/ML infrastructure for enterprise decision intelligence.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Product Managers to bring AI solutions to production.
• Lead complex projects, technical initiatives, and enforce AI/ML standards across teams.
• Mentor junior team members and lead a team of AI/ML Engineers (for Principal level).
• Shape AI platform strategy and drive impact at scale.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico City with hybrid work capability.
