Salary: $185,000 – $275,000 per year

What you will do

• Identify engineering bottlenecks and build LLM-powered solutions to eliminate them.
• Architect and deploy intelligent tools for code refactoring, automated testing, and documentation.
• Bridge infrastructure and AI by integrating commercial and open-source models into the production lifecycle.
• Recreate CI/CD and build processes to incorporate AI-driven bug detection and security assessments.
• Build and ship simple, high-impact MVPs of developer tools for team feedback.
• Engage with engineers to understand and accelerate their workflows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant professional coding experience.
• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Node.js, C++, Go, C#, or Java.
• Experience building and deploying production-ready code.
• Must be located in or able to work from Palo Alto, CA.

Nice to have

• Experience with Language Server Protocols (LSP) and IDE integrations.
• Background managing and optimizing large monolithic repositories.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure such as AWS or Terraform.
• Proficiency in SQL and database technologies.
