What you will do

  • Design and prototype AI capabilities for voice and conversation intelligence products.
  • Research and evaluate new AI models, tools, and architectures for real-world use cases.
  • Build and validate proofs-of-concept before production implementation.
  • Develop automated evaluation pipelines to shorten the feedback loop between research and production.
  • Benchmark LLMs and speech models to guide product direction.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship high-quality AI-powered features.

Requirements

  • Experience working with AI systems, specifically LLM-based or speech-based applications.
  • Strong understanding of practical AI solutions and current model limitations.
  • Proficiency in evaluating model trade-offs regarding quality, cost, and latency.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze datasets to guide feature improvements.
  • Experience designing rigorous evaluations and statistically meaningful benchmarks.
  • Familiarity with Python or Go is a plus.
