What you will do

• Contribute to the security strategy and ensure continuous alignment with international standards (e.g., ISO 27001) and regulations (GDPR).
• Lead security audits, monitor compliance, and contribute to future certifications.
• Manage security projects, including Identity and Access Management (IAM), SIEM selection, and incident management strategy.
• Define and promote secure development best practices and lead architecture reviews within the tech team.
• Manage security support for clients and partners and act as a privileged advisor on all security matters.
• Organize regular awareness initiatives and actively promote a culture of security within the company.

Requirements

• Master's or Engineering degree in Cybersecurity or Information Systems.
• Significant experience of at least 5 years in a similar role (CISO, GRC Manager, Cybersecurity Consultant, Security Eng.).
• Proficiency in recognised security frameworks (ISO 27001, OWASP) and privacy requirements, especially GDPR.
• Recognized for autonomy, proactivity, and ability to make proposals to drive projects forward decisively.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English, as English is the main language for internal and external exchanges.

• A security certification is a plus.
