What you will do

• Lead and mentor the cybersecurity team, managing daily operations and tracking performance KPIs.
• Oversee the delivery of managed security services and ensure timely response to incidents across client environments.
• Perform vulnerability assessments, forensic investigations, and optimize SIEM and EDR tools.
• Ensure strict adherence to healthcare security frameworks including HIPAA, HITRUST, NIST CSF, and SOC 2.
• Secure Microsoft 365, Azure, and cloud-based environments for internal and client use.
• Develop security policies, lead tabletop exercises, and conduct post-incident reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5–8+ years of cybersecurity operations experience and 2–3+ years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency with SIEM, EDR, DLP, and vulnerability management tools.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare security frameworks (HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, NIST, SOC 2).
• Experience securing Azure and Microsoft 365 cloud environments.
• Hands-on expertise in incident response and forensic analysis.

Nice to have

• Certifications: CISSP, CISM, HCISPP, GCIH, or CEH.
• Scripting and automation skills using PowerShell or Python.
