Salary: $155,000–$233,000

What you will do

  • Contribute to the product roadmap and drive feature development.
  • Deliver results within time and scope, ensuring accountability.
  • Develop deep software product knowledge within your team's area of ownership.
  • Serve as technology advisor on software technology trends and novel solutions.
  • Guide and develop your team to help them meet overall product goals.
  • Innovate solutions and consider their impact strategically.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science or related disciplines.
  • 4+ years of experience managing software product development teams.
  • 10+ years of software development experience of commercial-grade systems and applications.
  • Excellent knowledge of software engineering discipline, including OOP, architecture, data structures, algorithms, and cloud environments such as SaaS.
  • Strong teamwork and partnering skills for cross-group collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of agile product development methodologies.

Nice to have

  • Experience managing remote teams.
