What you will do
- Set the vision and strategic plan for the Clinical Support organization, focusing on product adoption and customer experience.
- Define and optimize customer lifecycle, driving programs and initiatives to improve engagement.
- Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and driving operational practices.
- Work closely with sales management and other teams to align on strategies and opportunities.
- Address escalated client issues with speed and urgency.
Requirements
- Progressive leadership experience in MedTech; MR imaging experience preferred.
- Proven ability to drive customer adoption, expansion, and retention.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Operationally strong with analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.
