Staff Product Manager (Web)

TL;DR

Staff Product Manager (Web): Owns the web growth strategy and performance of hirify.global's entire web presence, including hirify.global.com and fin.ai, focusing on CRO, demand generation, and funnel performance. Focus on identifying and prioritizing opportunities, driving measurable results, and mentoring other product managers.

Location: Hybrid working, expected to be in the office at least three days per week in Berlin, Germany.

What you will do

• Own web growth strategy and evolve a holistic approach for how websites drive growth.
• Analyze funnel trends and uncover insights that shape priorities.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities for optimization (CRO, SEO/AEO, page performance) to maximize impact.
• Translate analysis into priorities and partner with design, engineering, marketing, and data teams.
• Mentor and coach other PMs by providing guidance, feedback, and best practices.
• Align product, marketing, design, engineering, and analytics stakeholders around shared goals and sequencing.

Requirements

• Experience in web growth and owning growth/product strategy for high-performing websites.
• Deeply analytical with skills in using data to identify opportunities, diagnose funnel health, and guide strategy.
• Operationally minded with the ability to run complex programs end-to-end, lead other PMs / producers, and scale processes.
• Strong collaborator and communicator with the ability to align diverse stakeholders with data-driven storytelling.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-bar environment with ambitious goals and tight feedback loops.
