What you will do

• Engage with customers to understand their business objectives, security challenges, and technical requirements.
• Design end-to-end solution architectures leveraging hirify.global’s Cloud Infrastructure, Security products, and platform services.
• Develop and deliver technical presentations, solution walkthroughs, product demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Security, and Customer Success teams to ensure feasibility, scalability, and successful handover.
• Provide technical enablement and training to sales teams and customers on cloud, security, and architectural best practices.
• Build long-term customer relationships by acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the pre-sales and early delivery lifecycle.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pre-sales engineering, solution architecture, or technical consulting, ideally in Cloud Infrastructure, Security, CDN, or hosting environments.
• Strong technical expertise in security technologies, including DDoS protection, WAF, firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, endpoint security, and threat intelligence.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, virtualization, networking, storage, and high-availability design.
• Experience designing solutions for high-performance, low-latency, and high-traffic environments, including iGaming platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain complex architectures to both technical and executive audiences.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales processes.

Nice to have

• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CEH, AWS/GCP/Azure Architect certifications, or equivalent.
• Experience in iGaming, media, streaming, fintech, or large-scale digital platforms.
• Knowledge of compliance, data protection, and regulatory requirements relevant to cloud and online gaming environments.
