What you will do

• Plan and deliver services, ensuring customers maximize value and adopt best practices.
• Gather requirements to build, migrate, and deliver solutions, producing detailed technical artifacts.
• Implement changes in the hirify.global environment and guide customers on configurations.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with internal teams.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and building operational assets like templates and automation scripts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in roles like Customer Engineer, Security Engineer, or Solutions Architect.
• Deep understanding of OSI model layers and protocols (TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, HTTP).
• Expertise in Internet and Security technologies (DDoS, WAF, Certificates, DNS, CDN, Analytics).
• Demonstrated experience with a scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash).
• Working experience with security aspects like Firewalls, WAFs, Bot Management, Rate Limiting, (M)TLS.
• Working experience with performance aspects like Speed, Latency, Caching, HTTP/2, TLSv1.3.
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
• Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize competing demands.
• Work will be performed in English.
