What you will do

• Plan and deliver timely services for customers, ensuring they see the full value in hirify.global's products and advising on best practices.
• Gather business and technical requirements to build, migrate, and deliver solutions, producing detailed design and deployment artifacts.
• Implement changes in the hirify.global environment on behalf of customers, following their change management processes.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and collaborate with Customer Support, Engineering, and other teams for technical escalations.
• Contribute to organizational success through knowledge sharing, internal/external documentation, and building operational assets like templates and scripts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing position as a Customer Engineer, Security Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar.
• Deep understanding of OSI layers and protocols, including TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, and HTTP.
• Expertise in Internet and Security technologies such as DDoS, Web Application Firewall, Certificates, DNS, and CDN.
• Demonstrated experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Bash).
• Working experience with security aspects of an internet property, including Firewalls, WAFs, Bot Management, and Rate Limiting.
• Experience with performance aspects of an internet property like Speed, Latency, and Caching.
• Working experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
• Ability to manage projects, work to deadlines, and prioritize between competing demands.
