TL;DR

Senior Manager, Enterprise Account Services (Fintech): Managing a team focused on providing exceptional service to enterprise partners, advisors, and sponsors in administering retirement plans with an accent on optimizing workflows and ensuring scalability. Focus on strategic development, process improvements, and driving client engagement and retention.

Location: Must be based in the New York City, Austin, King of Prussia, or Phoenix office as part of hirify.global's hybrid in-office operation.

Salary: $100K - $110K base, eligible for Company Bonus Pool and new hire equity.

What you will do

  • Manage a team of coordinators, associates, leads, and account managers to effectively perform their day-to-day responsibilities and deliver on SLAs.
  • Be responsible for the satisfaction of high-tiered relationships of enterprise partners, advisors, and sponsors.
  • Identify, analyze, and assist in executing process improvements.
  • Work with the Product team on workflows and tooling enhancements to improve operational and service efficiency.
  • Develop performance standards for team members and perform reviews; support standards through daily direction, coaching, and counseling.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of defined contribution experience including Client Service, Plan Administration, Compliance, Plan Design, and/or Conversion experience for 401(k) and/or 403(b) plans.
  • Develop and maintain strong business partnerships with financial advisors, Plan Sponsors, and vendors.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong commitment to superior customer service.
  • Positive and proactive attitude.
  • Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, Word/Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, and browsing network directories.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of one or more record keeping systems.
  • Series 7, 65, 66 license.
  • Qualified 401(k) Administrator (QKA) credential.
