VIP Account Manager (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of top-tier VIP players, including daily communication, concerns, and relationship development.
• Drive player lifetime value, KPIs, satisfaction, retention, revenue, and engagement through personalized initiatives.
• Analyze player data and behavior to guide outreach, identify risks, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Build player segments, targeted communications, performance reports, and stakeholder updates.
• Collect player feedback and sentiment, manage a VIP social community, and share insights with the business.
• Collaborate independently with Product, BA, Economy, and Monetization teams while using AI tools to improve efficiency and personalization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or VIP and relationship management.
• Strong analytical competencies and a data-oriented mindset.
• Native or mother-tongue level English required.
• Experience working independently and cross-functionally with multiple business units.
• Target- and revenue-driven mindset with measurable account growth experience.

Nice to have

• Professional experience with AI tools.
• Technical background, including SQL, relevant coursework, a degree, or experience in a technological unit.
• Experience managing or building social media communities.
• Experience performing on camera, including hosting, narrating, or acting.
