What you will do
- Lead the VIP Managers team in daily operations, distribute player portfolios, balance workload, and track task completion.
- Run 1:1s and performance reviews, onboard and develop team members, and improve team efficiency with VIP QA.
- Prioritise high-value and top VIP players, support key accounts, resolve complex escalations, and refer critical cases to the Head of VIP.
- Track platform differences, product updates, bonus mechanics, and technical issues, keeping the team informed.
- Analyse VIP users, case metrics, trends, workload, FRT, CSAT, retention, and deposit activity across platforms.
- Prepare daily reports and present weekly results to the Head of VIP.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in iGaming VIP or player management with hands-on experience supporting high-value players.
- At least 1 year of experience leading a team of 4 or more people, including task distribution, 1:1s, and performance reviews.
- Strong understanding of wagering, cashback, reloads, free spins, and personalised VIP offers.
- Experience with multi-brand or multi-platform operations, KPI control, and VIP retention metrics.
- Advanced Google Sheets or Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas, plus experience with a BI tool and back-office or CRM systems.
- Ukrainian at a fluent level and English at B2 or higher are required. Knowledge of KYC, AML, and Responsible Gambling is also required.
