What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams to expand Issuing capabilities globally.
• Define product roadmaps to achieve functional parity across payment schemes and regions.
• Translate complex scheme mandates and technical requirements into seamless product features.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize transaction patterns and authorization rates.
• Act as a bridge between Engineering, Commercial, and Financial Partnerships, translating business goals into technical specifications.

Requirements

• Demonstrate end-to-end ownership and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Be a strong collaborator and communicator, influencing critical decisions.
• Thrive in detail and have proven experience with complex products requiring meticulous, low-level work.
• Be highly organized and able to coordinate internal and external teams to meet ambitious timelines.
• Proven track record of managing complex products in highly technical environments.
• Work in a hybrid model with three days per week in the Paris office.
• English: B2+ required.
