What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Financial Partnerships, Commercial) for global expansion of Issuing capabilities.
• Define the product roadmap to achieve functional parity across schemes and regions.
• Define product requirements for critical markets to ensure competitive launches.
• Translate complex scheme mandates and technical requirements into seamless, value-add product features.
• Leverage data-driven insights to identify transaction patterns and optimization opportunities.
• Act as the bridge between Engineering, Commercial, and Financial Partnerships, ensuring alignment on complex certification and integration projects.

Requirements

• Demonstrate end-to-end ownership with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with the ability to influence critical decisions.
• Thrive in detail and have proven experience working on complex products requiring meticulous, low-level work.
• Highly organized and able to coordinate internal and external teams to consistently meet ambitious timelines.
• Proven track record of managing complex products in highly technical environments.
