Product Manager and Designer (SAP Treasury)

What you will do

• Define and communicate the Treasury digital product strategy and roadmap.
• Lead the product team to maximize value delivery and ensure execution alignment.
• Prioritize the product backlog and define key metrics.
• Oversee product releases, adoption, and outcome realization.
• Design and implement solutions based on user requirements and best practices.
• Coach and develop product team members by upskilling and reskilling them.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer engineering or business school or equivalent.
• 10+ years working in IT environment or global IT projects.
• 5+ years as a Product Manager or lead position.
• 5+ years on SAP FI/FSCM/Treasury hands-on experience as functional/application designer in and 3rd party interfaces and basic FICO knowledge.
• Experience with end-to-end payment processes in SAP, including Payment configuration, SAP DMEEs, bank connectivity.
• Customizing experience in TRM and IHC.
• 2+ years in Business Process Design / Modelling.
• 2+ years of experience managing team dynamics, building team relationships, mentoring team members, and delivering feedback.
