What you will do

• Partner with Finance to manage vendor spend, drive cost savings, and align with financial objectives through disciplined renewals and sourcing strategies.
• Own the vendor portfolio, focusing on rationalizing and consolidating software and technology vendors to reduce redundancy and improve utilization.
• Lead high-impact negotiations across key spend categories, running competitive RFx processes, and negotiating pricing and commercial terms.
• Act as a strategic business partner, providing financial analysis and market intelligence to guide spending decisions.
• Own and automate the end-to-end procure-to-pay process, including intake, onboarding, spend review, and approvals, while enforcing procurement policy.
• Identify and implement workflow automation and AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency, visibility, and scalability of procurement operations.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management, ideally in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
• Demonstrated success driving cost savings, vendor rationalization, and software consolidation initiatives.
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to tie procurement decisions directly to budgets, forecasts, and unit economics.
• Deep negotiation experience across software and technology categories; comfort partnering with Legal and redlining contracts.
• Experience operating as a strategic business partner, influencing cross-functional leaders without direct authority.
• Familiarity with modern procurement and spend-management tools (e.g., Coupa, Zip, Omnea, Levelpath).
