What you will do

• Own workforce planning from the Finance team.
• Co-own processes, systems, data, and insights to support decision-making.
• Partner with FP&A and People and Places teams to gain understanding and alignment.
• Define processes to support better decision-making.

Requirements

• BS in Finance or Economics (MBA Preferred).
• 10+ years of relevant experience in a highly dynamic finance role (Global experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of investment management in a high-growth Technology company (preferably SaaS).
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to coordinate across multiple organizations.
• Strong communicator with proven ability to synthesize data into clear, direct, and actionable senior Executive deliverables.
