Salary: $140,000–$155,000 OTE

What you will do

• Lead a team of Solutions Engineers, guiding strategy for the hardware & solutions portfolio.
• Conduct leadership responsibilities including objective setting, mentoring, and performance management.
• Analyze hardware portfolio sales, competitive landscape, and market feedback to inform regional strategy and global product roadmap.
• Act as a strategic liaison between regional teams and Product Management/R&D.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and facilitate knowledge transfer across the Americas region.
• Support pre-sales, professional services, and pilot activities for the assigned portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, operations management, or related field.
• 5+ years' industry experience in customer-facing technical roles (engineering, solutions architecture, project management, integration).
• 3+ years' experience in hardware product management, solutions engineering, or technical leadership within Physical Security or IT infrastructure.
• Deep familiarity with IP networking infrastructure, video transport protocols, and surveillance/security systems.
• Ability to balance technical aptitude with business acumen and strategic leadership.
• Well-developed interpersonal and presentation skills.
