• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for the Customer/1 application.
• Design and develop solutions specifically for Supplier Services/ESCO Tower.
• Implement billing and digital subscription functionalities within Customer/1.
• Leverage COBOL, JCL, and CSS Online for system builds and enhancements.
• Collaborate with clients to enhance their hybrid cloud and AI journeys.
• Deliver deep technical and industry expertise to public and private sector clients.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Proven experience with Customer/1 application, specializing in Supplier Services/ESCO Tower.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in COBOL, JCL, and CSS Online for design and build activities.
• Ability to act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
