Senior Workday Integration Specialist (ERP): Maintaining and enhancing the Workday platform's integrations, focusing on seamless data flow, security, and the configuration of AI-driven features. Location: Based in Manila or Warsaw. Expected to be present in our Manila office for two days a week. Working hours align with EMEA time zone.

What you will do
- Maintain, enhance, and build Workday integrations using tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio.
- Manage system roles, security domains, and business process policies to ensure a secure Workday environment.
- Execute tasks related to internal and external audit requests, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
- Configure AI-driven features and user interface enhancements across Workday modules.
- Contribute to innovation by proposing new ideas and implementing enhancements to optimize platform performance.
- Participate in Workday release cycles and manage the full development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (SOAP/REST).
- Strong understanding of XML, XSLT, JSON, and REST/SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with Workday security domains, role configurations, and business process policies.
- Experience executing tasks related to internal and external audit requests, ensuring compliance.
- Exposure to configuring AI-driven features, user interface enhancements, and contributing to platform optimization.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills in English.
Nice to have
- Workday Pro certified.
- Familiarity with Workday HCM, Financials, or other modules.
- Working knowledge of Agile (Kanban) methodologies.
