Location: This is a hybrid role, requiring employees to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week in designated office locations including San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney, and Tokyo.

What you will do

• Administer Kinaxis Rapid Response, including user roles, permissions, custom tables, data models, and Data Transfer Center (DTC).
• Integrate and validate data from ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle), PLM, and CRM systems, resolving discrepancies through root cause analysis.
• Customize data models, develop workbooks, dashboards, widgets, and forms, and automate processes using alerts, scheduled tasks, and automation chains.
• Validate mappings, resolve data load issues, update tolerances, analyze release notes, and lead post-upgrade testing and recommendations.
• Collaborate with supply chain teams to support demand, supply, inventory, and capacity planning, gathering requirements, supporting UAT, and managing change requests and deployments.
• Build reports and What-If scenarios to simulate disruptions, optimize planning, and apply analytics to align demand and supply.
• Partner with business users to resolve issues, drive adoption, lead training, documentation, and change management initiatives, and contribute to scalable solution design and architecture.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Kinaxis RapidResponse experience.
• ERP integration experience with systems such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow and change/incident management processes.
• Experience with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and user adoption initiatives.
• Self-starter with strong time management and attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Kinaxis Author Level 1 Certification.
• Experience in SOX-compliant environments.
• ERP admin experience.
