What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce applications, components, and integrations.
• Configure and customise Salesforce environments for optimal performance and scalability.
• Implement and manage database and data model designs for business intelligence and data integrity.
• Oversee configuration and release management, including deployment and version control.
• Investigate and resolve application issues, ensuring system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and integrate system components.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Salesforce engineering or development roles.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and integration.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP/Bulk).
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, including data modelling and database design.
• Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes, including version control and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins).
• Demonstrated ability to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice to have

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Administrator, Application Architect).
• Experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Provar).
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts (e.g., AWS, Azure) and modern software design patterns.
• Experience in mentoring or training junior engineers or business users.
