What you will do

• Execute strategic vision for Compliance by scaling operational performance and OKRs.
• Create and scale operational mechanisms with cross-functional partners to manage productivity and improve quality.
• Develop standard work and drive upstream improvements to user guides, procedures, and policy based on Compliance background.
• Utilize metrics, reporting, and capacity planning for informed data-driven decisions.
• Drive vendor business reviews to instill customer focus and operational excellence.
• Hire, lead, and develop a diverse, high-performing team.

Requirements

• Motivated by hirify.global’s mission.
• 10+ years of proven KYC/AML experience in financial services or technology, leading large teams (100+) across multiple countries.
• Working knowledge of laws, regulations, and risk management practices for financial services.
• Hands-on involvement in developing and producing metrics and reporting.
• Proficient in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
• BA/BS degree in business, finance, or related fields.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in business, finance, or related fields.
• Experience with and/or keen interest in cryptocurrency.
• Experience working across multiple AML systems and programs simultaneously.
• Experience with or previous exposure to financial services regulators.
• Professional certifications (CRCM, CAMS, CIA, CISA, and CICA).
