What you will do
- Own end-to-end paid influencer campaigns, including budget, execution, and optimization.
- Build and manage long-term creator partnerships aligned with brand values and storytelling.
- Transform creator content into high-performing paid assets.
- Define market- and title-specific creator strategies.
- Track ROI and continuously improve performance and scalability.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in influencer/creator marketing (gaming preferred).
- Proven track record of running performance-driven campaigns.
- Experience building long-term creator relationships.
- Strong understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, and short-form content ecosystems.
- Data-literate: comfortable working with KPIs, dashboards, and post-campaign analysis.
