What you will do

• Act as the final decision-maker for all UI/UX changes, ensuring exceptional quality and alignment with best practices.
• Design and implement UX directly in code using Tailwind CSS and component-based UI libraries.
• Generate UX ideas, define user flows, and refine interactions for clarity and engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, CRO, and Engineering teams.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality UX implementation from ideation to production.

Requirements

• Highly senior Product UI/UX Designer / UX Engineer with deep understanding of both UI and UX.
• Strong hands-on experience implementing UX directly in code.
• Solid experience with Tailwind CSS and component-based UI systems.
• Strong product thinking and understanding of UX impact on user behavior.
• Ability to work within ±4 hours of CET timezone.
• Clear, structured communicator and confident in taking final decisions.
