What you will do

• Develop cutting-edge web marketing experiences using advanced CSS, WebGL, and modern animation frameworks like Motion.dev.
• Implement sophisticated, event-driven micro-interactions to showcase complex developer tools.
• Collaborate with the growth design team to translate concepts into high-impact, interactive web pages.
• Push boundaries of web animation while ensuring 60fps performance and cross-device responsiveness.
• Establish a distinctive motion language for the brand to ensure a recognizable and memorable marketing presence.
• Optimize for accessibility and core web vitals to maintain high standards for performance and user experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade marketing websites with creative animations.
• Strong foundational expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Deep knowledge of scroll-triggered animations, hero sequences, and creative development techniques.
• Proven ability to balance high-impact visual design with technical performance and conversion optimization.
• Professional experience working alongside design, marketing, and growth teams on campaign concepts.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in developer tools, authentication systems, or SSO flows.
• Familiarity with React Native or cross-platform component development.
• Knowledge of SSR/server components and component delivery across frameworks.
• Understanding of browser security, privacy contexts, and frontend-facing APIs.
