What you will do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performance frontend engineering team building core admin and developer-facing experiences.
- Define team mission and roadmap aligned with company strategy and product goals.
- Deliver high-quality user-facing systems on time with measurable business impact.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Identity, Security, and Backend teams to build cohesive workflows.
- Establish and evolve frontend technical strategy with senior engineers.
- Maintain high standards for usability, accessibility, performance, security, and maintainability.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- Experience managing and mentoring frontend or fullstack developers in a product environment.
- Strong product and UX instincts for translating complex systems into intuitive experiences.
- Technical fluency in modern frontend architectures and architectural discussions.
- Proven ability to define team direction and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Experience leading remote or distributed teams across multiple timezones.
