Location: Remote with up to 30% domestic and international travel required for onsite events.

What you will do

• Identify opportunities and own the planning and execution of global events, from small gatherings to large conferences.
• Define event goals, OKRs, success metrics, and conduct data-driven postmortems to continuously improve impact.
• Manage event budgets, negotiate vendor contracts, and handle financial reconciliation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional experiences and maximize ROI.
• Develop and maintain operational standards and playbooks for consistent branding and ambiance.

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of significant event planning experience, including ownership of complex events from conception to completion and management of multi-day events.
• Comfortable working off-hours, being on-call, and adapting to flexible schedules as per event requirements.
• Ability to be onsite as the designated POC for events, with up to 30% domestic and international travel required.
• Experience with events across multiple geographic locations and time zones, including navigating cultural or language barriers.
• Exceptional command of time management, communication, project management, and prioritization.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly under pressure.
