What you will do

• Build and maintain performant web applications using React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS, and shadcn.
• Develop reusable components and front-end architecture to support a growing product ecosystem.
• Lead implementation of the design system and UX layer in partnership with design.
• Collaborate closely with backend and full-stack engineers to integrate with platform services.
• Contribute to and support a React Native mobile application as part of a unified front-end team.
• Balance rapid MVP delivery with scalable, maintainable engineering practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ professional experience in front-end engineering.
• Strong experience with React and TypeScript in production environments.
• Hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TailwindCSS, and component-based architectures.
• Solid understanding of state management, responsive design, and performance optimisation.
• Comfortable working in a remote, distributed team with a high degree of autonomy.

Nice to have

• Experience with React Native and cross-platform design systems.
• Familiarity with Supabase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms.
• Background building data-heavy or analytics-focused interfaces.
