What you will do

• Shape Product Vision & Strategy, translating company goals and customer needs into a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap.
• Own Product Discovery & Delivery, leading product discovery with customers, sales, and internal stakeholders.
• Build AI-First & Agentic Product Experiences, driving product development around AI workflows and automation.
• Drive Cross-Platform Product Coherence, ensuring a cohesive product experience across Web, Desktop, and Mobile.
• Build Product Processes & Level Up the Org by designing and introducing best-practice product processes.

Requirements

• You have worked as a Founding / Lead Product Manager in a scaleup environment.
• You have owned complex products with real users, revenue, and technical depth.
• You are comfortable operating with high autonomy and responsibility.
• You enjoyed an excellent education in a technical or technically influenced study program.
• You have worked on AI-powered products, ideally including workflow automation or agentic systems.
• You thrive in fast-moving environments with incomplete information.
