What you will do
- Own and improve the initial support user journey, creating intuitive self-service experiences for users across the delivery ecosystem.
- Build flows that solve problems directly or redirect users to human agents when necessary.
- Drive product and business metrics such as Contact Rate, Self-Service Rate, Deflection Rate, and CSAT.
- Prioritize roadmap balancing new features and system reliability.
- Collaborate with AI Agent squads to integrate AI capabilities into support flows.
- Align and influence multiple stakeholders across the organization.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin, Germany
- 4+ years of product management experience in cross-functional teams with proven results.
- Strong understanding of user experience and empathetic design for distressed users.
- Data-driven mindset with experience improving product and business metrics.
- Fluent in English (C1+).
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with service tooling like Help Center, chatbots, Agent CRM.
- Experience with AI/ML-driven products and features.
- Proficiency in SQL, BigQuery, Firebase/Google Analytics, or Data Studio.
- Background in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Management, or Economics.
