What you will do

• Plan and deliver global events as part of the event producers team.
• Create and produce various event activities including conferences, VIP events, press conferences, and night events.
• Work with venues, suppliers, and contractors, negotiating rates and contracts.
• Research and find new opportunities for events in cities around the world.
• Manage databases, operational systems and processes, budgets, scheduling, and reporting.
• Plan multiple events across multiple countries simultaneously.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in event planning, event production, and event project management.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively.
• Strong administrative skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with strict attention to detail.
• Portuguese or Arabic speaking is desirable but not essential.
