What you will do

• Act as the main communication facilitator between partners and the internal team.
• Write project proposals and funding applications.
• Oversee and partially implement marketing strategies.
• Establish, prioritize, and maintain project schedules, tracking project milestones and deliverables.
• Report project updates to stakeholders.
• Refine and document the prototype production workflow.

Requirements

• Work experience in events, XR, project management, and marketing.
• Experience writing proposals and marketing materials.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in using project/task management software.
• Ability to work well with others remotely via online collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Slack, etc.).
